Gold prices in Pakistan fell significantly on Wednesday, with 24 carat gold falling to Rs 212,000 per tola and 22 carat gold to Rs 194,333 per tola.

In fact, in smaller volumes, these prices remained attractive, with 10 grams of 24 karat gold at Rs 181,756 and 22 karat gold at Rs 166,609.

These swings are directly linked to changes in the value of US bonds, which suppress the correlation between currency values and gold prices.

Globally, the price of gold has decreased by 2,023 dollars per ounce.

It is worth noting that gold prices in Pakistan can fluctuate significantly throughout the day, depending on global demand trends.

The quoted rates are collected from reliable sources, mostly based in Karachi and Multan.

For the latest and accurate gold prices, it is advisable to consult genuine gold dealers and jewellers.
